Data is crucial in the business world, but even more crucial is the ability to quickly understand the data and the actions/decisions that can be taken with it. A few months ago, we contacted Consenso to explore the possibility of using available data for our clients around LinkedIn and Digital Sales Training. After explaining the needs and requirements, Consenso developed 2 high-level dashboards for 2 of our clients. The idea was to show the most important KPIs for sales teams, but also the development during sales trainings in a very pragmatic but meaningful way. After the first draft, the BI dashboard already looked fantastic, but after a few rounds of feedback and fine-tuning, we now have a great dashboard that not only looks great, but also shows the most important KPIs as well as the developments tailored to our needs and requirements. The dashboard not only shows the most important figures, but is also interactive and it is possible to go down to department or individual level. To make it even better, the dashboards can be updated with new data within minutes. In other words, this is exactly what I've always wanted: an easily digestible way to present the most important data without having to spend hours analyzing Excel spreadsheets.
